Information we use

You can browse without creating an account. We process a temporary browser-session identifier, the page and listing used, and basic enquiry events needed to operate and measure the directory.

If you continue to WhatsApp, we record the patient name, mobile number, consultation reason, preferred appointment time, selected listing, and your consent version. The same enquiry details are added to the WhatsApp message you choose to send.

How information is used

We use information to operate the directory, connect enquiries with the selected doctor or clinic, prevent misuse, and measure listing performance. We may report aggregated enquiry counts to listed providers or advertisers. We do not sell the personal details submitted in an enquiry.

Sharing and external services

When you continue to WhatsApp, WhatsApp and the selected recipient process the message under their own terms and privacy policies. Maps and provider websites are also external services. We may use hosting and infrastructure providers to run this website.

Storage and choices

Enquiry records are access-controlled and retained only as reasonably necessary for directory operations, reporting, security, and legal requirements. You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing hello@thedoctorsdirectory.com.
